A focused operating view—not a replacement for Shopify Analytics
Shopify provides broad analytics and customizable reports. Snap Retail Metrics offers a narrower responsive web dashboard for Owner, Admin, and Viewer users who want common store and fulfillment measures alongside the scanning and picking workflow.
Sales dashboard
Review Today, Yesterday, Last 7 Days, Last 30 Days, or a custom date range of up to 31 days using the connected Shopify store timezone. Available views include net sales, orders, pieces sold, average order value, sales by location, sales trends, product categories, payment methods, returns, discounts, tax, and gift-card activity.

Picking reports
Review 7-, 30-, or 90-day fulfillment activity, employee contribution, and recent order, employee, status, and timestamp details recorded by the Snap Retail Metrics picking workflow.
| Order | Open-order date | Location | Items | If completed | Example picker | Example completion |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| WEB-1004 | Jul 14, 2026, 12:16 PM | Westover Store | 2 | 2/2 picked | John Smith Example | Aug 3, 2026, 9:05 PM Example |
| WEB-1003 | Jun 6, 2026, 12:03 AM | Westover Store | 3 | 3/3 picked | John Smith Example | Aug 3, 2026, 9:12 PM Example |
Role-focused access
Viewer access provides the responsive web Sales Dashboard and Reports without Pick Orders, Team, billing, or device administration. Picker access focuses on eligible picking work and does not include reporting. Owner and Admin roles retain broader Snap Retail Metrics controls. These roles govern Snap Retail Metrics and do not replace Shopify permissions.
Know the boundaries
Displayed measures depend on the Shopify data and permissions available to the connected account and on activity recorded by Snap Retail Metrics. Use Shopify and your accounting systems for reports or financial records that fall outside this focused operational view.
