Monthly subscriptions
Monthly subscriptions cost $69 for the first licensed device and $24 for each additional licensed device. They renew each month on the anniversary of the original purchase date.
Annual subscriptions
Annual subscriptions cost $699 for the first licensed device and $249 for each additional licensed device. They renew every 12 months.
Adding devices
New device licenses may become available immediately. Added devices are not prorated and are charged at the next renewal.
Removing devices
License reductions take effect at the next renewal. No refund or credit is issued for the current paid period.
Failed payments
A 10-day grace period applies to failed renewal payments. Devices display warnings and notices may be emailed. Access is suspended after the grace period unless payment is restored.
Cancellation
Voluntary cancellation remains active through the current paid period. The failed-payment grace period does not extend voluntary cancellations.
Refunds
Software fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Snap Retail Metrics may correct duplicate or obvious accidental charges at its discretion.
