Shipping
Standard shipping within the United States is included for eligible Zebra TC51 hardware. Orders may be accepted on backorder when inventory is unavailable. Estimated shipping dates are not guaranteed.
Defective returns
Customers may request a return within 30 days when hardware arrives defective. Contact support before shipping a return. Snap Retail Metrics will provide or reimburse reasonable return shipping when the device arrived defective.
Limited warranty
Refurbished hardware carries a 90-day limited warranty for defects under normal intended use. It does not cover accidental damage, abuse, liquid damage, loss, theft, unauthorized repair, unsupported accessories, or normal cosmetic wear.
Other returns
Unless required by law or approved in writing, customers are responsible for return shipping when the device did not arrive defective. Replacement devices may be refurbished.
